REFUND, CANCELLATION & ROOM SATISFACTION POLICY
Buzen Suites 2030
Dallas, Texas, USA
Effective Date: October 5, 2026
At Buzen Suites 2030, we want every guest to have a clean, safe, comfortable, and satisfactory stay. This Refund, Cancellation & Room Satisfaction Policy explains the circumstances under which reservations may be cancelled, modified, or refunded and the procedure for reporting concerns about a guest room.
By making a reservation with Buzen Suites 2030, the guest acknowledges and agrees to the applicable reservation terms presented at the time of booking.
1. ROOM INSPECTION AT CHECK-IN
Guests are encouraged to inspect their assigned room shortly after check-in to ensure that the room meets their reasonable expectations regarding cleanliness, condition, safety, and the amenities included with the reservation.
If you believe that the room is not suitable or fit for your stay, please contact the Front Desk / Reception immediately and before using the room extensively or settling into the room.
Our staff will make reasonable efforts to:
- Investigate the reported issue;
- Correct the problem where reasonably possible;
- Provide housekeeping or maintenance assistance when appropriate;
- Move the guest to another available room of comparable or upgraded category, where available; or
- Discuss an appropriate alternative resolution when the reported issue cannot reasonably be corrected.
Guests should provide the hotel with a reasonable opportunity to correct a legitimate room-condition issue before requesting a refund.
Failure to report a problem promptly may limit the hotel’s ability to investigate or correct the issue and may affect eligibility for a refund or compensation.
2. ROOM NOT FIT FOR STAY
If, after inspection by hotel management, a room is determined to have a material condition that makes it reasonably unsuitable for occupancy, Buzen Suites 2030 will make reasonable efforts to provide a comparable alternative room or otherwise remedy the situation.
If the hotel is unable to provide a reasonable alternative or resolve a material problem, management may approve a refund for the unused portion of the stay, subject to the circumstances and applicable law.
A refund is generally not automatically provided solely because a guest does not like the room, décor, furnishings, view, location within the property, mattress firmness, room size, or other subjective preference, provided the room is substantially as described and meets applicable hotel standards.
3. EXISTING ROOM CONDITIONS
Minor issues that can reasonably be corrected, such as:
- Additional cleaning;
- Replacement of towels or linens;
- A missing amenity;
- A maintenance adjustment;
- A television, remote, light, or other equipment issue; or
- Similar service issues
should be reported to Reception as soon as possible.
The hotel will make reasonable efforts to correct such issues promptly.
Guests who leave the property without first reporting a correctable issue to hotel staff may not automatically qualify for a refund.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation terms may vary depending on the rate plan, promotional offer, booking channel, and reservation type selected at the time of booking.
The cancellation deadline and any applicable cancellation fee displayed during the reservation process and included in the reservation confirmation will govern the reservation.
Flexible Reservations
Where a reservation is booked under a flexible cancellation rate, cancellation made before the stated cancellation deadline will generally be eligible for a refund of amounts paid, subject to the specific terms of the reservation.
Cancellations made after the applicable deadline may be subject to a
